The district provides us with your child's info. We assign them to the best route and notify you of their stop and schedule.

Is there a cost for families?
Transportation service is contracted by your school district. Any costs to families are determined by your district's policies, we work with them directly to provide the service.
How do I find out my child's bus stop and schedule?
Once your child is assigned to a route, we notify your district and they relay your child's stop location and pickup/drop-off times. You can also call our parent line directly.
Who do I contact if there's a problem?
Call our dispatch line during operating hours and a real person will answer. For after-hours transportation emergencies, our 24/7 operations line is always available at 440-771-3030.
What if my child's schedule changes?
Contact your school's office for dismissal changes, they communicate directly with our dispatch team. For same-day changes, call us as early as possible so we can update the driver's route.
Are your drivers trained to handle students with special needs?
Yes. Drivers assigned to special education routes receive additional training in student management, mobility assistance, and individual care plans. We take special needs transportation seriously.
